Meet Jennifer

Founder and President

I opened Premier Sitters in 2014 with a desire to offer the very best childcare on the coast—and what an incredible 11 years it’s been! We started in Destin and along 30A, and now we’re proud to serve families in St. Johns County as well.

I've loved children for as long as I can remember and always imagined working with them. I originally studied to become a biology teacher, but my career path led me into human resources, bookkeeping, and management—where I discovered a passion for building teams and creating meaningful systems.

Those experiences all came together when I launched my own childcare business. I’m now a proud mom of two wonderful little girls—our youngest joined the family in December 2024—and I understand firsthand how important it is to feel confident in the care your children receive.

I strive to make sure the babysitters we work with feel appreciated, supported, and genuinely happy to be part of our team. Their joy, professionalism, and dedication are at the heart of everything we do.
